A few months after the release of Cold War, it was integrated with Warzone, and players’ progress and other stuff were synced across the two games. Just a few weeks ago, the latest Call of Duty game, Vanguard was released and it got quite a vitriolic response from the community. Now, another update has dropped for Warzone.
Why did Call of Duty Cold War Level Reset?
This update was quite a significant one for a plethora of reasons. Firstly, we got the all-new Pacific map as a part of the update. This was being awaited for quite a long time now. On top of that, the anti-cheat also was released as part of the update. Considering that hackers have bothered players for quite a while now, it was much-needed attention.
More importantly, this update also marks the integration of Vanguard into the other two games. Now due to this, the players who have not played Vanguard before will be starting at Military Rank 1 and Prestige Level 1. This will be synced across all the games, so your level in Cold War will also get reset.
