Lovely, gorgeous, amazing, perfect—should I keep throwing adjectives at you or do you get the idea? I *love *this style.
If I were going to recreate it (and I just might give it a try this weekend), this is what I'd do:
Step 1) First, I'd curl my hair in smallish spirals with a 1-inch barrel curling iron.
Step 2) I'd pull the bottom half into a bun (without smoothing out the curls at all) and pin into place.
Step 3) I would take individual curls from the top half and swirl them around the bun loosely so they keep their shape and pin them as I go, crossing them over it each here and there.
Step 4) And for those front pieces? I'd pull them up and back from my temples before pulling them back.
Step 5) I'd spray everything with tons of hairspray.
Anyone else love this style? Am I alone in my adoration here? Think it would take way too many pins to pull off? Speak up!
