Police pulled Baldwin over after he parked his 2021 Durango SRT Hellcat in a busy intersection. According to court documents, the reason for the stop was his loud exhaust and dark tinted windows.
Cops checked his information and discovered that his license had been suspended. Baldwin was asked to step out of the vehicle before stepping on the gas. And darting toward pedestrians, including a mother and toddler and a food delivery man.
All three were said to have suffered serious injuries.
