There was uproar on social media when news of 22-year-old Kano prince, Mustapha Ado Bayero marrying two women at once hit networking platforms.
Prince Mustapha, the groom is the last born son of the late Emir Of Kano, Abdullahi Ado Bayero.

Even though Islam permits men to marry more than one wife, some commentators on social media were enraged that the prince is only a young man and knows nothing about marriage.
However, some other social media users have supported the idea of the prince marrying at such a young age.

Firstly, he is a Muslim, and Islamic religion permits to do so in as much as he s capable of taking care of them.
Secondly, the guy is a Monarch, a prince of one of the most relevant west African Caliphate and the biggest city in the North and Nigeria in term of population!
There’s need for procreation of many princes so as to keep the monarch in place and relevant!
Whether he likes it or not, it is his Cultural obligation to marry 2 or more wives so as to give birth to princes that will keep the royal bloodline relevant.
Akapo Sunday: To reduce the level of unmarried girls roaming our street naw. The man has taken two out of unmarried girls roaming around now the remaining will be seeking for husband to be. Let others who are well to do in the society goes for another round of two by two by so doing depopulation of our girls will reduced.

The Ukrainian lady named Lana Svitlana is celebrating 27 years of marriage to her Nigerian husband, who is from the Igbo-speaking part of the West African country.
The life coach and business consultant, in a LinkedIn post, described her husband as someone who is so loving, caring, supportive, and tolerant.
Although Lana admitted that their marriage is not perfect, she thanked God for bringing them together as a couple.
