A flock of fabulous ladies decked in Naeem Khan descended on the Waldorf Astoria last night to honor the designer and raise funds for medical research for the 2010 Alzheimer's Association Rita Hayworth Gala. Want to see what they (and I!) wore?

The event was chaired by Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, along with co-chairs Michele Herbert and Chele Upton Chiavacci, and all three glittered in stunning Naeem Khan gowns. He and his wife, Ranjana (who designs amazing jewels we've written about here before), were given the Rita Hayworth Award for their commitment to working to fight Alzheimer's, and 40 women paid homage to the guests of honor by wearing their designs.
