Romelu Lukaku shows off ripped physique as Chelsea striker prepares for second Inter Milan debut after describing Premier League return as 'a mistake'

Romelu Lukaku is looking in great shape ahead of his second debut for Inter Milan.

The Belgian striker returned to the San Siro earlier this summer following an ill-fated second spell at Chelsea last term.

After scoring 64 goals in 95 appearances for Inter during his first spell at the club, Lukaku established himself as a real fan favourite in Antonio Conte's title-winning side in the 2020/2021 season.

As a result, the Blues broke the bank to bring the forward to Stamford Bridge in a £97.5million deal.

Unfortunately for supporters in west London, his season back at the club ended with just 15 goals in 44 matches.

With a real point to prove upon his return to Italy, Lukaku has clearly been working hard to get himself ready for the big kick-off.

Inter start their season against Sassuolo on August 13 with the 29-year-old showing off his hugely impressive physical stature during an open training session.

Lukaku's physique has been a big talking point during his career, with the striker admitting that he was perhaps too muscly during his time with Manchester United.
