Rey Mysterio in WWE
WWE has long been known as the place for big guys but with the acquisition of Rey Mysterio, that reputation was forever altered. Rey Mysterio had numerous notable feuds with the likes of Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, and Randy Orton after joining WWE in 2002. In addition, Mysterio created a tag team with Eddie Guerrero, with whom he won the WWE Tag Team Championships. Mysterio and Guerrero later became enemies, and their feud was one of the most famous in WWE history.
Rey Mysterio won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 22 by pinning Randy Orton in a Triple Threat Match that also featured Kurt Angle. Currently, he is in a tag team stable with his son Dominik.
