LUMBERTON, N.C. (WMBF) - The Lumberton Police Department and the FBI have arrested Michael Ray McLellan in connection with the kidnapping and murder of 13-year-old Hania Noelia Aguilar.

The FBI confirmed to WMBF that McLellan, 34, was in custody on charges unrelated to the Aguilar case.

McLellan now faces ten felony charges including 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Forcible Rape, 1st Degree Kidnapping, and Concealment of Death.

Hania was reportedly forced into an SUV and kidnapped on November 5.
