Microsoft’s Major Nelson took to Twitter today to announce that Spicy Horse’s, Electronic Arts published, Alice: Madness returns is now available on Xbox One via backwards compatibility.
Alice: Madness Returns was released in June 2012 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC where it impressed critics but failed to take off commercially. Alice: Madness Returns is one of the most overlooked games of the seventh generation and if you haven’t given it a go then you’re in for something truly special.
If you already own the digital Xbox 360 version of Alice: Madness Returns it will appear in your library, if you don’t, you can buy it via the Xbox One store or by clicking right here.
Alice: Madness Returns is the 14th game to join the Xbox One backwards compatibility list this month, a list now well over 300 games long. If you want to see exactly what games are backwards compatible with Xbox One you can head over to Major Nelson’s blog where a compiled list is available.
