During her New Year's Eve appearance on Ryan Seacrest's broadcast, not only was Miley Cyrus wearing more clothes than usual (hey, it was freezing in Times Square), she was flipping around some pretty long hair—looks like she's definitely growing out the short haircut that's been her signature since August 2012 (sorry, Beth).
Guess it makes sense that Miley would grow her hair out when every other celebrity is trying out short hair!
I'm excited to see what Miley will do with her hair next, but honestly, I'm having trouble even imagining what it will be. I could see her doing a sexy tousled Karlie Kloss bob...
