KSI's appeal to overturn the result of his defeat to Tommy Fury has now been officially rejected.
The PBA (the commission who sanctioned the fight) confirmed on Friday that their review hearing found 'no grounds' to overturn the close, contentious result from the main event of Misfits Boxing's Prime Card on October 14.

Fury emerged victorious by unanimous decision with all three judges scoring the fight the same - 57-56.
KSI stated in the immediate aftermath that he would appeal and soon did exactly that.
The process has dragged on for several weeks, with a verdict now finally reached.
The PBA tweeted on Friday: "The PBA confirms that an independent review panel, consisting of two of the country’s leading King's Counsel and a third lawyer, has determined that there are no grounds to overturn the @KSI vs. @TommyTNTFury fight result from October 14, 2023."

Remarkably though, this still may not be the end of the debacle.
KSI's manager and Misfits Boxing chief Mams Taylor tweeted: "The appeals process against the result of KSI's contest with Tommy Fury at the Prime Card, in Manchester on October 14, is ongoing.
"We will now move to the second of three possible stages of the appeal, as we continue to fight to have the decision of the bout rightly overturned."
When asked if the PBA's tweet was misleading, Taylor added: "Well, their tweet is not painting the entire picture at all."
