WWE Superstar Kevin Owens recently agreed that he is jealous of Roman Reigns. The reason for this jealousy is how desirable the Universal Champion is!
Owens was recently interacting with his fans on Twitter. One of the fans asked Owens that why his good friend Sami Zayn did not help him. At WWE’s recently concluded PPV, TLC Owens faced Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. Reigns was helped during the match by interferences from Jey Uso.
But no such help was available for Owens. Even his friend, the Intercontinental Champion did not come out in support. To this question, Owens jokingly replied that he wont let Zayn anywhere near him unless he gets a haircut.
Owens lost to Roman Reigns at WWE TLC
In one of the best match of WWE’s final PPV of the year, Reigns defeated Owens. Interferences from cousin Jey Uso helped Roman Reigns in retaining his Universal title. Had Uso not interfered in the match, Owens might’ve emerged victorious in the match.
But, Owens will be getting his rematch on the Christmas episode of Smackdown. This time, Uso will not be able to interfere in the match as it will be held inside a Steel Cage. The episode featuring this match has already been taped but will air on 25th December, 2020.
