INDIANAPOLIS — The Simon Skjodt International Orangutan Center at the Indianapolis Zoo is standing out as a zoo exhibit nationally.
The center was nominated for the USA Today "Best Zoo Exhibit" competition.
The Orangutan Center is home to one of the largest groups of orangutans at a zoo.
It serves as a hub for studying cognitive abilities among great apes.
