Meanwhile, the monster’s own planning has led it to the conclusion that the only way to ensure the survival of its offspring is to move its nest into the ship’s laboratory and food storage room.
The monster makes sure the only weapon that can hurt it is the plasma rifle, so it has to be careful with that. The monster remembers the slime it encountered before and frees it before heading to the lab to build its nest, where it will bond with it and feast on the human’s flesh.
