The Mirror Herb is a Held Item that you can give to your Pokemon to increase their base stats -- especially if they are on the weaker side. To find this item for yourself, this guide provides all the information you will need on the Mirror Herb.
What Is The Mirror Herb? The Mirror Herb is a Held Item in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. This means you can give it to any of your Pokemon to hold onto during battle that will give them a boost to their abilities.
The Mirror Herb specifically is used to mirror an opponent's stat increases to boost your Pokemon's own stats -- but only once. This means your Pokemon will be able to hold its ground more efficiently against opponents who have higher stats. This could be especially useful if you have a few Pokemon you prefer to not evolve , as this will raise their stats to a higher level despite being at their first evolution stage and weaker.
This item can be used only once per battle , though, but can still be quite useful for getting in a strong hit on your opponent before they can retaliate.

Where To Find The Mirror Herb If you are looking to grab this item to give to one of your Pokemon, there is currently only one location where you can find the Mirror Herb.
You will need to make your way to the Delibird Presents store located in Cascarrafa. It can be found only at this Delibird Presents; you will not be able to find it at any of the other locations.
You can fly to the Cascarrafa (North) Pokemon Center to get here, and it will be on the west side of the city. When you arrive, the item can be found under the 'Battle Items' section for purchase.
