A new farming spot has been discovered in the Mohgwyn Palace, and for that players need to complete the Varre questline. For that, you need to first head to Rose church in the Liurnia of the Lakes. The first time you reach the place, you will need to talk to White Faced Varre. He will give you 5 Festering Bloody Fingers if you choose the correct dialogue options.

After that, you will need to use these to invade other players in online mode. Once you do it thrice, you can talk to Varre again. This time, you will get Lord of Blood’s Favor which needs to be soaked in maiden blood. However, if you are looking for a location for maiden blood, you can simply head on to Church of Inhibition in the game. It can be a bit tricky to reach the top of this church, considering the fact that you will end up getting madness on a frequent basis. The other way is to use the Four Belfries. Get the Imbued Key and use it on the Precipice of Anticipation belfry. You will then be teleported to the Church of Anticipation, where you can fight the grafted scion. Along with that, you will see a maiden corpse as well which can be used in the Lord of Blood’s favor. You can then return to Varre to complete the quest line.
