The 81-year-old veteran actor revealed that he only works out "a bit" and mainly attributes his toned appearance to a shift in diet that excluded meat and dairy.

"[I’m eating] practically nothing," Harrison said during 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'. "I eat vegetables and fish. It’s really boring."

Ford went on to say that he quit eating meat because it was bad for the environment and for him, according to Us Weekly.

"I just decided I was tired of eating meat," he said. "And I know it’s not really good for the planet and it’s not really good for me."
