IT'S ‘LIVE ON!' FOR BOOMERS AT BRITTON FALLS IN FISHERS
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (October 22, 2006) -- Del Webb Britton Falls, a 1,054-home Pulte development in Fishers, opens for its second Grand Opening weekend, October 28 and 29.
It's the first Del Webb-branded community in Indiana and has received many inquiries from as far away as Arizona, Massachusetts, South Carolina, California and Nevada.
Located on Cyntheanne Road in Fishers, between 126th and 136th Streets, Del Webb Britton Falls provides all the ingredients for the active adult lifestyle for the baby boomer generation, 55 and older. The development's centerpiece will be a 23,000-square foot recreation center with indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facilities, locker rooms and meeting rooms.
Last weekend, more than 1,300 interested home buyers came to visit the nine model homes, select lots and learn more about special pricing during the Grand Opening. The homes, ranging from $160,000 to $300,000 in price and 1,200 to 2,600 square feet in size, offer two-car garage and maintenance-free living. The first homes will be finished next spring.
