How To Find Horsetail In Genshin Impact
Horsetail is a cooking ingredient the can be harvested near water bodies in Genshin Impact.
One of the confirmed and easiest ways to find Horsetail is to find it in the Shop. There is one shop which is run by an NPC called Herbalist Gui who sells this ingredient. Herbalist Gui is an NPC in Liyue Harbor. He can be found working as a pharmacist at Bubu Pharmacy.
It will cost you 240 Mora coins to obtain Horsetail from his shop. It restocked in about 1-3 days.
If you cannot buy Horsetail, you can also hunt for it as it grows in the wild. The most common places where you can find Horsetail are Stone Gate, Dihua Marsh, and around the river in Guili Plain.
Craft Usage
Players can craft and cook 3 different items using Horsetail:
- Fake Fly Bait (used in Fishing to catch Koi and Pufferfish and their variants)
- Rice Buns (a food item that the players can cook)
- Jueyun Guoba (another food item that the players can cook)
Ascension Usage
No characters or weapons use Horsetail for ascension so you need to worry about collecting a lot of them.
