If current Event hasn't an Expert Challenge, you won't be able to earn this achievement on that day, as it's not possible to play past Events.
But it's possible to browse past challenges for Daily! (Star Club isn't date related)
So, as soon as an Expert Event will show up, complete it, +browse past/present Expert Daily Challenges and complete the one that you prefer, +choose you preferred Expert Star Club Challenge and complete that too.
Complete all 3 challenges in the same day (but not strictly OF the same day), in any order, and achievement will be yours.
This Title Update is only working on PC at the moment, and some seems to have problems to get it there too, so it's important to complete all 3 those challenges on a PC running at least version 4.10.9220.0 of the game, as of today (Oct 11, 2021).
If you have Ultimate Game Pass subscription, you'll automatically unlock Premium Edition of the game on every platform, that will allow you to access to 6 years of Daily Challenges (with 2x coins, and ad-free!).
