What If? is the first MCU show that explores the multiverse after its creation in Loki’s finale episode. The first episode gave us a glimpse of Peggy Carter’s version of Captain American. For instance, WandaVision gave us an end-credit scene only in the final episode. Loki surprised the community by giving us a post-credit scene in the fourth episode. However, besides the season 2 announcement, there wasn’t any end-credit scene in the final episode of Loki.

What If? is also following the same trend as the previous shows, and its first two episodes didn’t have any end-credit scene. Well, it should come as no surprise, but the latest episode is no different. There’s no end-credit scene in What if? Episode 3, so there isn’t any reason for you to stick to the screen when the credits start rolling.
That said, Marvel shows generally put several easter eggs in the credits. For instance, in one of the Loki episodes, the credits teased the true identity of Sylvie before it was revealed in the show. So, if you are good at spotting such easter eggs, you should definitely stick for the end credits.
