Jillian wore the dress mid-week and opted for a sunny yellow cardigan to cover her shoulders. I love that she added a contrasting burgundy belt to keep the look from being too candy-colored and nude wedges to tie it together.
Then, later in the week I caught Pina in the beige version of this dress. Not only did she make the strapless style work for the office by adding a denim jacket, but she made it work for her baby bump as well! Her mix of denim and brown leather accessories add a toughness to the dress that keeps it from being too girly.
