With the last week of October kicking off soon, gamers are ready for some spooky Halloween stuff. Like numerous other games out there, Pokemon Go also has some interesting plans for Halloween.
Niantic has taken a different direction as compared to other developers and will be organizing the Halloween event in multiple parts. The first part of the event concluded today and it marked the debut of Shiny Spinarak in the game. Along with that, Halloween Mischief Pikachu, Halloween Mischief Piplup, Yamask, and a number of other Pokemon were also available.
Can Phantump or Pumpkaboo Be Shiny in Pokemon GO?
Tomorrow onwards, the second part of the Halloween Mischief Event will be kicking off. It will run between Friday, October 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. local time. As part of the event, several new Pokemon will be marking their debut in the game, including Phantump, Trevenant, Pumpkaboo, and Gourgeist.
As the Pokemon are all set to arrive in the next few hours, many are wondering if a Shiny variant of Phantump or Pumpkaboo exists in the game. Well, if you were looking for Shiny Phantump or Pumpkaboo, then there is some bad news as their shiny variants are not available in the game.
Considering that the Pokemon was released just now, it should be a while before we get their shiny variants. So for now, the arrival of a shiny variant is likely to happen anytime soon.
