Bud Light offers free beer to aliens that get out of Area 51

ST. LOUIS (WTHR) - As more than a million people pledge to try to break into Area 51, Bud Light has a pretty good deal for the aliens who are reportedly kept in the top-secret location.

"Free Bud Light to any alien that makes it out," read a tweet from the beer's official Twitter account.

The tweet came two days after Bud Light became "the first brand to formally announce that we will not be sponsoring the Area 51 raid" in a separate tweet.

We’d like to be the first brand to formally announce that we will not be sponsoring the Area 51 raid.

Wednesday afternoon, the Twitter account shared a mock-up of a label and can for an "Area 51 Special Edition" of the beer, featuring an alien's head and a message for the growing horde of Americans trying to get into Area 51 in Nevada.

"We come in peace" the label reads.

The U.S. Air Force has already warned citizens who try to get into the restricted area during the "Storm Area 51" event, which was posted as a joke on social media, but there's no word what they have planned for aliens trying to get out for a free cold one.
