Caris LeVert, who was an Indiana Pacers player just got traded to the Cleveland Cavalier, just before the Pacers and Cavaliers were going to go head-to-head, with the transfer deadline nearing the market is in full swing, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski the Cleveland Cavaliers have reached an agreement with the Indiana Pacers to acquire the services of Caris LeVert. Indiana Pacers in the trade have acquired Ricky Rubio.
Caris LeVert can play his debut match as soon as the trade is made official, which could be made as soon as Wednesday, and will be eligible to put on a Cavs jersey against the San Antonio Spurs.
LeVert is thrilled with the chance to return to his Ohio home and join an emerging contender with Cavs. He gives Cleveland a significant wing player who'll be eligible for an extension this summer. Pacers get Cavs first-round pick and a Houston second that'll be in low 30's.
