Tyner Rushing was born as Jessica Tyner Rushing on June 20, 1992. Her parents, Ralph Carl and Patti Tyner were farmers and they raised her on their family farm in Semmes, Alabama.
She had her elementary and high school education at a local school in Semmes and later proceeded to the Liberal Arts School at Birmingham-Southern College to study Vocal Performance. While in college, she was offered a performance scholarship. She also took dancing classes at Gale’s Studio of Dance.
