Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk has been one of the prominent characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the 2012 film The Avengers. The movie presents the superhero team coming together for the first time to combat Loki’s alien army as they invade New York. And fans now believe that it was his character Hulk, whose singular action in Avengers: Endgame may have triggered the multiversal chaos, ultimately setting Loki free.
Fans Discuss Mark Ruffalo’s Role in Setting Up Loki
Marvel’s Loki is considered to be the best series in the MCU, and the show recently released its Season 2 finale, which is also believed to be a series finale. As the show concludes with Loki’s glorious purpose, fans are now discussing how Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk might have caused the multiversal chaos that ensued in later MCU installments.
During the Avengers’ time heist, they are unable to retrieve the Space Stone due to Hulk’s intervention, causing Loki’s theft of the Tesseract. Online conversations have started about how it all started only because Hulk was told to take the stairs in the 2012 film Avengers.
They discussed how one action directly influenced the complex events of Loki. While many stated that Hulk was always meant to take the stairs, others somehow felt grateful as it all led to Tom Hiddleston’s Disney+ show.
So basically the Hulk created the TVA?!

In so if it wasn’t for Hulk and future Stark, we wouldn’t have Loki.

Well More so that Kang wrote a funny sketch with the Hulk having to take the stairs, which was part of his elaborate tube Goldberg machine.

Others also stated how He Who Remains would have written “a funny sketch,” as he said that he paved the road for everything that happened with Loki throughout the series. Many also expressed how the journey started with Hulk navigating stairs and ended with Loki taking the stairs toward He Who Remains’ Citadel.
Will Fans See Loki Back in the MCU?
Loki Season 2 serves as a grand conclusion to the narrative arc God of Mischief, Loki, who was initially introduced as the first major villain for The Avengers. By the end of the series, he attained two things he consistently desired, a throne and a glorious purpose.
However, the lingering question remains if fans would see him in future MCU projects. Although it seems unlikely for him to leave his Throne following the events of the Disney+ series, the unpredictable nature of the superhero universe leaves room for uncertainty.
There could be a possibility that while Loki continues to be the keeper of the TVA, Thor might reunite with one of his brother’s variants. There is also a possibility that he could be helpful in the Avengers battle against Kang, given his prior encounters with his variants. Still, the character’s fate in the MCU remains uncertain, leaving fans eagerly anticipating Loki’s future adventures to be revealed.
Loki is streaming on Disney+.
