I had one in Belfast, I know the fella in there, decent bloke, got a free loft and lie check, couple of recommendations, but was happy at the time with what I had. Got the lie done for free to 2 flat, then a year later I went in, seen the guy and bought some stuff. It's a good way to get u in and good customer service, I think there are playing the long game with this, not just looking a quick sale but to build a rapport so you will keep going back.
