De Minaur, who has been dating Boulter since 2021, will lead Australia at the 18-nation competition.
The event, which is taking place in Perth, begins on December 29 and will last until January 4.
Both could lock horns in the mixed doubles, and they have never faced each other on court before.
De Minaur shared the news and said: "Officially enemies now."

Boulter saw the funny side and wrote: "Well this is going to end well.”
The jokes didn't stop there as ex-Australia Davis Cup captain Wally Masur said: "It could be the end of a beautiful relationship."
"It will be interesting how it plays out because Matty Ebden and Storm Hunter are there so we've got plenty of options for the mixed doubles.
"Alex might be in a situation where he plays three sets against Cam Norrie and maybe it's not in his best interests to back up and play the mixed.

"But him playing Boulter would add a bit of spice."
World no.13 De Minaur and Boulter impressed at Wimbledon earlier in the year in the mixed doubles.
De Minaur also recently shared a post during International Women's Day after showing the pair together in a picture on Instagram.
The caption read: "Happy International Women's Day! Specially to this one, I don't mind you."
Boulter commented "Guess you're OK too" with a love heart and kissing emoji.
