Fans questioned Kylie's behavior in the comments section of the video stating her conduct was not correct. "That is not tired…. She’s on something," one person theorized. Another commented, "That sadly looks like pills." Others thought the young mom's actions were due to "exhaustion" after caring for two kids at home. "Something was wrong. She didn’t seem like herself this day," another concerned fan chimed. Meanwhile, Kylie came up with a response on TikTok, "Oh my God, these comments. I'm not on drugs and I'm not on the verge of a breakdown. but thank you for your concern."
