According to a report by Entertainment Weekly, Marcille had previously mentioned time constraints and family responsibilities as the reasons behind her exit from the 'The Real Housewives' franchise.

She said, "I believe that what I hope to accomplish for the culture and community will be better served by focusing on other opportunities." She added that being on the show was like working 24 hours a day, which left her with very little time to spend with her 6-year-old daughter and two young boys.

Why did Eva Marcille divorce her husband Michael Sterling?

After being married for almost five years, Marcille initiated divorce proceedings from Sterling, citing that the union between the two was irretrievably broken and that there was no hope for reconciliation.
